Fish fry aisiki teri ex bhijal jaye!
That's straight off our flyer. In plain English: fish fry so good, even your ex will burn. It's our top rated dish, and it's at 614 Ballarat Road.
Call ahead for fish fryYou'll spot us from the car park.
Look for the loudest truck at Pacific Market. Every panel is a Bollywood gag or a plate of something good, and the food comes out of the middle of it.
Tadka is the last step in a good Indian dish: hot ghee, whole spices, a few loud seconds in the pan, then straight into the pot. The chef on our logo goes one better, with a wok in one hand and noodles on his chopsticks in the other. Punjabi-style Indian and Indo-Chinese, from the one window.

Namaste
Hands together, hello. It's what you get at the window.
- 4
Ye chholay humko de de, Thakur
Sholay's famous "give me your hands" line, except here it's the chickpeas they're after.
- 5
आओ बहन
"Come on, sister." Two mates sharing a secret. The rest is behind the metal strip, so you'll have to ask.
